Pinkertons are pleased to announce the sale of 1 and 2 Hill Lodge registered for 18 people with learning disabilities in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

These 2 star rated homes are two adjoining Victorian three storey houses in excellent condition and located about one mile from the town centre. Both properties have a basement and attractive back gardens with barbeque area and a fully equipped gymnasium for the residents. There is also considerable scope to extend the homes to the rear of the properties.

Mr Dennis and Mrs Meryl Smyth have been running the business for 18 years and it is only due to a genuine wish to retire that the home has been sold.  Mrs Smyth was the manager but her daughter who is the deputy, has been effectively running the home with her husband and she will now become the registered manager.
